DESCRIPTION

No webops.* metadata. Registered as an MCP tool, so an agent calling tools/list sees it and can invoke it. Not surfaced on the cli-web-ops home screen.

Use this pattern for plumbing that should be MCP-reachable for automated callers but should not clutter the operator's mobile button surface.
